This work inspired Maggie’s co-authored book, a tactical guide for business leaders to create social impact.
Our core team brings over 55 years of collective experience in corporate social responsibility and social impact-related fields. Additionally, our network of curated strategic partners offers complementary expertise in areas such as CSR reporting, human-centered design, leadership development, brand citizenship marketing, and strategic communications.
As a husband-and-wife team, we are committed to impact. We are global trotters, family devotees, best friends, foodies, fútbol (soccer) enthusiasts, entrepreneurs, investors, and mentors. Together, we complement and balance one another by bringing the dual dimensions of vision and implementation.

As Chief Troublemaker – my goal is to supercharge social impact for companies worldwide. Working with business leaders globally to merge the power of profit and purpose is my passion. Previously, I founded an international organization to provide microcredit loans for women in Peru. As a former NCAA soccer player, I enjoy rowdy fútbol games where you can find us alongside boisterous fans celebrating goals all over the world. One of my greatest roles is as a sibling to seven and serving as the “cool aunt and mentor” to my two bonus kids and 27+ nieces and nephews.

As Chief Instigator – I’m completely fervent and passionate about business ideas and deals, especially if they are framed with social impact. I am a career technologist turned serial entrepreneur and investor. I’m also co-founder of several Austin and Barcelona based technology companies and investor in Real Estate and CPG ventures. I’m a USA citizen, but my native roots are in Mexico City where I lived until the age of 16. I have two amazing children (17 and 21) that are learning the entrepreneurial ropes of life and social impact. There’s nothing I wouldn’t do for family and friends.
