SailPoint leadership recognized that as a global public company growing at a rapid pace it was important to share a public commitment to corporate citizenship to match their internal commitment to a culture of impact. In partnership with Magnify, SailPoint sought to engage their critical stakeholders more deeply through their brand citizenship: including customers, business partners, and field and global employees.
Magnify conducted executive leadership sessions with SailPoint’s c-team to discover how they could align and converge business and social impact goals.
Resulted in an impact framework for high-level CSR pillars that developed opportunities to deepen internal and external stakeholder relationships, as well as recommended action steps to propel company impact forward.
