Notley approached Magnify during a period of significant company growth that included a rapidly expanding employee base and resulting shifts in culture. Notley wished to use this opportunity to reassess and solidify core company ideology and ensure their programs and services effectively support changemakers to scale impact.
Through extensive stakeholder interviews and sessions, Magnify gathered feedback from Notley employees, corporate partners in multiple cities, and community partners. Magnify used this data to create a new internal core ideology (values, updated key messaging) for Notley, and an updated marketing strategy.
Resulted in strategic guidance for increasing the effectiveness of several cornerstone multi-city programs, including maximizing investments from corporate supporters.
